If you feel that you have experienced discrimination based on one of the prohibited grounds, you have one year from the last date of the last discriminatory event or conduct to file a complaint. Undue delay in filing your complaint may result in your claim not being heard by the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO).
